Keramet Invest Investment Company CJSC was founded in Donetsk (Ukraine) in 1993. 12-year experience in investment, lead-management, mergers and acquisitions, and analytics allow providing a wide range of services – from analytics and consulting for investment projects to arranging merger deals (including design of merger schemes in accordance with local legislation, representation of clients in state authorities).

In 2004 Keramet Invest was assigned a B++ 1+++ 1+++ rating index in the international integrated rating of Ukrainian consulting companies. The rating was developed by Unipravex consultancy (Moscow). In Dec. 2004 the company was on the 2nd place in the securities traders’ rating compiled by PFTS. In 2004 the size overall size of deals with securities totaled UAH4.1 bln, while the number of signed agreements exceeded 16.4 thousand.

Over the years the company bought for its clients over 30 controlling (and close to controlling) blocks of shares in various major companies, such as Azovstal, BESKO, Makeyevskiy Metallurgical Plant, Sarmat, Kamenskiy MZ, Shakhtinskiy MZ etc.

Having an extensive experience in creation of business-plans and business estimates, the company cooperates with the Regional Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship in Donetsk. Among the clients of Keramet Invest are major industrial, financial and trading companies from Ukraine, CIS and non-CIS countries.
