“NVP Magister”, “Kutsev Kirzner” and the “Ukrainian-Polish Business Center” formed a strategic partnership and start up the “Magister Capital” Investment Group. The legal entities operating under the label of Magister Capital will carry operations and deals on the primary and secondary capital markets, and provide consulting services to companies, municipal and sovereign institutions. Along its capital market operations and deals, Magister Capital will focus on debt instruments (bonds/Eurobonds/structured products), share placements and analytical support. Throughout its consulting activities addressed to companies, local and sovereign institutions Magister Capital will promote M&A, fund raising, restructuring and privatization services. The work experience of the team together with the recovering market interest towards the emerging and frontier markets from the side of institutional and strategic investors allows fully securing the targets.
