The company specializes in providing brokerage services to corporate and private clients both on the organized (Ukrainian Exchange, PFTS , etc.) and the OTC market . Transactions with stocks, bonds, municipal, government bonds, investment certificates , forward contracts and other instruments permitted by applicable law.

"PIOGLOBAL Capital" has licenses: for depository, broker and dealer activities , the general license for currency transactions , and provides a full range of  brokerage and custodian services, namely:

• - brokerage services for individual and corporate clients ;
• - dealer services ;
• - formation and portfolio management ;
• • fundraising (placement of securities, debt financing, private investment);
• • M&A;
• • opening and maintaining securities accounts ;
• • keeping, accounting and providing securities turnover.

Since its foundation in 2005, "PIOGLOBAL Capital" is an active member of the Ukrainian stock market . The company a part of  the "PIOGLOBAL Group", which also includes two asset management companies and private pension funds administrator. Until November 2013 the company was known as LLC " CitiBrok ."
