Since 2010 the Waimea Group successfully executes development projects nationwide in Poland. The company operates in commercial real estate market as a developer specializing in construction and lease of contemporary warehouse, industrial and office objects. Within last three years the company has built 85 000 sq.m. A company Waimea Holding SA (Waimea joint stock holding company) established in 2014 through its subsidiaries began expansion and taking over new commercial markets. Still in this year Waimea Holding plans to start execution of construction of warehouse-industrial-office real estate objects with a combined area exceeding 120 000 m2. Moreover, the Group in course of expanding its activities shall commence construction of new Cargo Terminals meeting highest international standards, which shall be offered for lease to potential customers. Development plans of Waimea Group encompass also delivery of customized commercial objects tailored to diversified individual needs, particularly multifunctional warehouse, industrial and office objects as well as build-to-suit (BTS) objects built upon individual customer designs. A clear advantage of the Company is the knowledge of local needs and instant reaction to new trends and tendencies turning up on national and European commercial markets. Due to this the Company offers customers most contemporary solutions and at each stage of development process takes care to assure highest standards. Financing of all investments is assured through companys private funds, corporate bonds and bank credits. Dynamic and consistent implementation of projects such as the North-West Logistic Park and the North-West Logistic Park 1 in Szczecin, Waimea Logistic Park Korczowa, Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz, Waiema Logistic Park Seaport, Waimea Cargo Terminal Rzeszow-Jasionka, as well as planned new investments in Polish are the result of the adopted concept of development of the company Waimea Holding S.A. The Group's objective is to build on the rental of professional facilities in accordance with innovative solutions, even in unusual locations. Investments are invested in areas with the greatest development potential, and so far are avoided by investors. Many years of experience of the Group Waimea on the commercial real estate market, high standards, professional team and a stable position allow you to create optimal solutions for customers. The development plans of the Group Waimea are realizations of objects of development in Central and South-Eastern Europe.
