AGI is a holding company for a group of companies controlled by the Tan Family. In 2006, the Company’s pro forma consolidated gross revenues increased by 36.3% to P19,867.0 million and gross profit increased by 57.5% to P5,152.8 million compared to P14,573.4 million and P3,271.6 million, respectively, in 2005.
