Group of Companies “INCOM Realty” has been established in the market since 1991. Since establishment the company has been one of the key market players and today holds strong positions and leadership in main sectors of capital real estate. In February 2001 due to consolidation with the largest market operator – Moscow Central Stock Exchange of Real Estate (MCSERE) the Corporation “INCOM Realty” was established. Both companies have been operating in the market since 1991 and included into the five leading real estate firms of Russia, their total branch network in the capital region of that time embraced 16 departments. Today “INCOM Realty” is one of the largest real estate and investment companies in Moscow and Russia. It has a network of branches, consisting of 31 offices and regional representative offices in Kirov, Krasnoyarsk, and Almaty. The number of personnel exceeds 5000 people. The spheres of the Company’s activity are evaluation activity, rendering of services in the market of second accommodation, investment into construction of new developments in Moscow and Moscow region, construction of cottage settlements. According to the data of “RBK. Rating” as on August 20, 2004 “INCOM Realty” corporation occupied the first place as per the following positions “Leaders of second accommodation” and “Largest investors in the market of cottages”. In order to attract finances for debt market the corporation ZAO “INCOM - Finance” was correspondingly established. This corporation is included into the holding “INCOM Realty”.
