CDR is a branch enterprise formed by two legal entities: Closed joint stock company Specialized Building and Assembly Association “LenSpecSMU” (LenSpecSMU) (share in the authorized capital – 40%) and Closed joint stock company “Managing company – Building holding “Etalon-LenSpecSMU” (Etalon) (share in the authorized capital – 60%).

Subject to the Articles of Association the object the Issuer was incorporated with – to carry on activity aimed at the satisfaction of the public demands and getting profit. In order to carry on this activity, subject to the Articles, the Issuer carries on the following types of activity:

• purchase, sales, leasing, hire and other operations with movable and immovable property allowed by the current legislation;
• realty activity, carrying on of all the transactions with real estate; organization and attraction of investments;
• commercial activity;
• marketing of the home and foreign markets, performance of researches of market tendencies;
• advertising activity and other.

The issuer has licenses:

• for projection of building and construction of I and II levels of responsibility in accordance with the state standard;
• for building of building and constructions of I and II levels of responsibility in accordance with the state standard.
