"Payment Center" (LLC) has the right to carry out the following operations in rubles and foreign currency: opening and maintaining bank accounts of legal entities; making money transfers on behalf of legal entities, including correspondent banks, on their bank accounts; cash collection, bills of exchange, payment and settlement documents and cash services for individuals and legal entities; purchase and sale of foreign currency in non-cash form; money transfers without opening bank accounts, including electronic money (with the exception of postal transfers).
