Our company objective is to lead the local market in Wrocław, one of the most rapidly expanding real estate markets in Poland. On this market we operate actively and carry out several vast residential and office projects. We aim to be a company, whose area of activity is not limited only to build, but also to create and develop public space, achieving in that way a unique spaces to live and to work in. Our most prestigious project are Vratislavia Promenades (Promenady Wrocławskie ), a new, multi-functional district in Wrocław that will serve all your daily needs. The design processes is being led by a world-famous architect and urban planner Mr. Guy Perry. The project will be carried out on area of over 15 hectares.
