Alterna Asesoria Internacional SAB de CV is a Mexico-based holding company resulting from the spin-off of Corporacion Actinver. The Company is principally engaged in the provision of advisory, asset management and administration services to both private (retail) and institutional investors, including: investment portfolio design, vehicle structuring and estate planning, insurance consulting, securities and insurance brokerage and management of venture capital investments and private equity funds without limitation to other derivative instruments. The Company conducts its business through its subsidiaries in the United States and jurisdictions other than Mexico, with its investment management mainly focused on private debt markets issued by companies located in Latin America.
