Deloitte and Thrive Global Form Strategic Relationship to Advance Health, Well-being and Human Potential

Deloitte and Thrive Global today announced a strategic relationship designed to help organizations support health and well-being and unlock human potential through behavior change. Starting in October, Deloitte is also augmenting the well-being resources available to its US workforce by incorporating Thrive Global content across key areas of health.Today, most US healthcare spending is reactive, focused on treating illnesses and conditions after they occur. Deloitte research estimates proactive "well-care" could save the country up to $2.2 trillion a year in medical and pharmacy costs. The relationship aims to address this gap, helping people build healthier habits before disease develops and better manage existing conditions to influence clinical, economic and quality-of-life outcomes at scale.Thrive Global's AI-powered platform is grounded in the science that small, consistent behaviors are among the most powerful drivers of health outcomes, compounding into meaningful health improvements over time. Its "Microsteps" methodology helps people turn intentions into lasting habits across five foundational daily behaviors: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and connection. Combined with Deloitte's experience in life sciences and health care transformation, data and analytics, digital innovation and large-scale implementation, the collaboration helps organizations scale behavior change and well-being initiatives to help foster healthier daily routines."Health isn't separate from performance. It's the foundation for it," said Lara Abrash, Chair of Deloitte US. "This relationship brings together Deloitte's experience helping organizations transform and Thrive Global's behavioral science to help address something fundamental: how people live and work. Together, we can drive real momentum—not just for individuals, but for the organizations, workforces and communities they touch."Through the relationship, Deloitte and Thrive Global will help organizations:Access resources for long-term behavior change Empower healthier daily habits around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and connection Build well-being into everyday life—not something separate or occasional Apply aggregated data to understand and help shape long-term health outcomes at scale."Most people already know what supports better health, but the challenge is making those behaviors part of daily life," said Arianna Huffington, founder and CEO of Thrive Global.
