The CRB Index is a commodity benchmark based on futures prices of 19 components and serves as a reference for global commodity market dynamics and commodity ETFs. In August 2026 the maximum reached 527.49 index points, the minimum was 478.45 index points and the average stood at 505.07 index points. The composition includes aluminium, cocoa, coffee, copper, corn, cotton, crude oil, gold, fuel oil, pork, livestock, natural gas, nickel, orange juice, gasoline, silver, soybeans, sugar and wheat.
